Pia Maria Kozlowski
Har praktisert yoga og meditasjon siden 1998 og deltatt i workshoper og retreats
verden over innenfor ulike yogateknikker. Hun har cand.mag i Sosial Antropologi fra
Uio samt studier og erfaring innenfor fysiologi, anatomi og Yogaterapi.
Flere reiser og lange studieopphold i India og Latin America har inspirert henne til å
fullføre et spesialiseringsstudie av yoga til terapibruk for fysiske og psykiske lidelser
som hun bruker til å veilede enletindivider både i klasseundervisning og undervisning
for privatpersoner.
Fra 2000 har hun undervist for grupper, privatpersoner og bedrifter, samt holdt
workshops og samarbeidet med Thai-massasjeterapauter i integrerings- og
realeaseteknikker.
Det er for tiden Asthanga Vinyasa og Jivamukti Yoga som inspirerer henne mest og
klassene hennes preges derfor av en sammensetning mellom ulike
vinyasasammensetninger (vinyasa= bevisst overgang) i en lekende flyt og lengre
uttøyingssekvenser der hvert enkeltindivid kan oppleve og utforske sitt indre rom i
synkroni med pusten og personling veiledning.

Anniken Binz
Anniken was introduced to Ashtanga yoga during a longer stay in Venezuela in 2003, and has since been addicted to that feeling. She has specifically used yoga in the healing process of her two fractured ankels with great results.
Apart from teaching yoga she is a sponsored athlete travelling the world to base jump various sites and hold lectures, and uses techniques from yoga to support her in these activities. "Yoga not only gives me strength, flexibility and great stamina, it also helps me when I need to control my fear and get in touch with my body so I can perform my best".
Ilia Musco
Originally from Italy Ilia Musco is practising yoga since 1999 and teaching since 2002. He has been educated at the Institute for the Harmonius Evolution of Mankind (www.ieau.it) where he still attend on a monthly basis intensive workshops to continue his inner development and spiritual search. He has experience of teaching Hatha yoga, pranayama techniques, meditation and other techniques coming from the east and middle-east tradition, particularly the indo-tibetan tantric way. The classes are characterized by precision and attention to details, combined to a pleasant development of harmony, awareness to develop listening of yourself. Linda Burbank
Linda is an Anusara Inspiredtm Yoga instructor. Linda has studied extensively with John Friend, the founder of Anusaratm yoga as well as Desiree Rumbaugh, Noah Maize, Baron Baptiste, and other senior Anusaratm instructors. She began her yoga path in the classical Ashtanga style conceived by Shri K. Pattabhi Jois, practicing and teaching both 1st and 2nd series. Since her embrace of Anusaratm yoga in 2001 the practice has evolved into a physical and spiritual awakening that is limitlessness. Linda has been sharing her passion for yoga with students since the mid 90's. She has taught everyone from Olympians and local outdoor athletes, to dancers, tourists and of course friends.
Anthony Scott
Originally from Australia, Anthony has been following the Yoga path since 1985. He has now been sharing his experience and passion for yoga with others as his only source of income for the past 11 years.
After many years of intensive, full time study, practice and teaching in USA and Jamaica, Anthony sailed to the Caribbean Island of Culebra, Puerto Rico and settled there living on the water and operating his own Yoga studio.
The Yoga path has now lead Anthony to Norway were he is a freelance teacher of Ashtanga Yoga, Yoga Fitness, Yoga Therapy, and his own style Tristhana Vinyasa Yoga.

Heather Love
Heather Love teaches classes that are designed for any one, any age, and any ability. Her method of teaching emphasizes correct alignment, and in her class you can expect to hold poses longer; as she teaches a slow but strong approach to yoga. Creating a keen sense of body intelligence, strength, and flexibility, this practice develops awareness, focus, balance, relaxation and a strong foundation for all styles of yoga and/or any other activity. Heather has been practicing yoga since 2001. She has studied with Nadia Jenkins, Christina Caprez, Doug Keller, and Laura Tyree in the US. Heather was certified as a yoga instructor with Yoga Alliance in 2005.
Anders Wilmann
har en bred bakgrunn med hovedsaklig yoga (Hatha, Ashtanga, Iyengar ++), men også; Chi Gong, Taiji, Kung Fu, Aryuvedisk yoga massasje og noe Tai massasje, samt Vedantisk filosofi og livs-teori.
Han har holdt på med yoga siden 2003 og har nylig tatt Yoga Alliance 500 hours course og Yoga Alliance advanced 200 hours course i India.
Anders underviser nå i tradisjonell Hatha yoga basert på Rishikesh klassen til Swami Sivananda. Alle fra nybegynnere til avanserte elever blir i klassen instruert inn i de 12 viktigste positurene innen Hatha yogaen, samt ulike varianter av disse. Det blir satt stor fokus på pust og ro i de ulike stillingene, samt det å gi slipp på spenninger både i kropp og sinn.
Anders mener nemlig at gjennom å finne sin indre stillhet vil man lettere kunne observere sitt eget sinn, og hanskes med de ulike tankene som dukker opp i hverdagen. En vil dermed få en økt livskvalitet på alle plan.

ATEEKA
With 20 years of extensive yoga practice and 15 years of teaching in both traditional yoga and contemporary somatic studies, Ateeka now shares her approach to yoga that is immediate and fluid and experiential. Her teachings reflect and encourage students to connect the innate intelligence of the body-mind and are softly encouraged to work within their own ability and needs. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher, member of the International Yoga Therapists Association and director of an internationally recognized Yoga Teacher Training program. Her background includes extensive practice and teacher training in Ashtanga, Iyengar, Integral and Kundalini Yoga and Continuum Movement. Ateeka has produced a best-selling Yoga instructional video “Yoga With Ateeka” which is has been translated and distributed in English, Mandarin Chinese, Italian and Spanish. She has also produced 8 instructional audio CD’s and co-authored the new book, TANTSU: A YOGA OF THE HEART . She is a TANTSU (Tantric Shiatsu) Practitioner and Teacher. She is also an artist expressing life's fluid movements through paintings, poetry and multimedia.
